Jiahon Artificial Intelligence supplies components used across industries, meeting the needs of electronics, technology and processing (contract manufacturing) plants. These parts are selected to improve equipment performance and ease of use while keeping operating costs down.
We have a New Product Development Department and an Engineering Department: drawing on long-accumulated industry experience, data and user feedback, they work out how equipment, spare parts and consumables, and special components are applied.

Phased-out parts do not mean a new machine
When the manufacturer has discontinued a part, the quote is high, or the lead time stretches six months out, don’t rush to replace the whole machine. We first look for replacement or equivalent parts with matching specs so the same machine can keep running; what you save is not just the cost of equipment, but also the time to requalify the production line.
Cleaning and inspection equipment
When the main equipment is much the same, differences in efficiency and yield often come down to inspection at each station, renewal of consumable parts and upkeep of jigs and tools. JIAHON focuses on standardizing and customizing auxiliary production equipment: inspect after cleaning, clean after inspection. Doing this cycle well is how you stand out in competition at the PPM (parts per million) level.
