Once the product is finished, its value has peaked: if the packaging or shipping goes wrong, what you lose is the whole finished unit.
When parts first arrive at the plant, their unit cost isn’t that high; the further along assembly goes (incoming parts, modules, assemblies, semi-finished goods, finished goods shipping), the faster value builds up, and the higher the cost of a single impact. Packaging and handling are the last stretch of this line, and not the place to cut corners.
Jiahon Packing Design focuses on high-complexity, high-value products: server and rack parts, power modules, optical communication components and semiconductor substrates, products with high unit prices, irregular shapes and sensitivity to static.
Ordinary packaging means “finding a box it fits in.” We first confirm weight distribution, fragile points and ESD class, then work back to the inner structure, materials and outer carton strength, and carry it all the way through in-plant handling.

Black conductive EVA, anti-static foam, conductive bags and ESD foam boxes. They replace the pink EPE common on production lines, balancing durability and ESD class.

Custom trays, snap fits, cushioning ribs and multi-layer stacking. Inner structure and outer carton strength are worked back from weight distribution, fragile points and stacking height.

Items we often make: anti-static vacuum-formed trays and turnover containers, paper and plastic corner protectors, EPE foam and inner linings, totes and lids.
