Cleans four product widths at once for LED and IC packaging.
Overview
In LED and IC packaging, product widths often differ. JHPBT-1000W-T4 is designed for these steps and can clean four products of different widths at the same time; the number of lanes can be changed to suit material width.
Strip-by-strip cleaning with load and unload on one side: products return to their original magazine after cleaning, so lots are not mixed. Automatic loading, transfer, cleaning and unloading reduce handling and the risk of re-contamination. Vacuum chamber volume 20 L; RF power 13.56 MHz, 0–1000 W.
