These antistatic vacuum-formed square trays have cavities over 200 mm long, the extra-large size range, with 2–25 cavities, cavity depths of 7–47 mm and outer sizes up to 550 × 430 mm (575 mm for the longest models). They suit extra-large industrial components that need ESD protection: large servo motor control boards, complete industrial gateway housings (with PCBs), large medical equipment boards, extra-wide PCBA mainboards and LCD driver boards. With few cavities and large carrying areas, they are usually used for station control of small quantities of precision parts rather than bulk transit.

Extra-wide antistatic trays are a niche but irreplaceable need. Plants often substitute EPE foam bags or wrapping paper, but these can’t control static effectively and make it hard to meet ESD audit records. Our stock models cover common extra-wide applications; if none fits, ask us about a custom tray.
About JHTREF096: cavities only 6 mm wide and 7 mm deep, a very special narrow design with 25 cavities, for probe boards, long flat ribbon cables and other ultra-thin long parts. Check that your part’s cross-section fits the cavity opening before ordering.
