The JH-CFR series has a detachable tip: loosen the fixing screw to change the front tip, so the handle is reused and consumable costs drop considerably. The tips are antistatic material, heat resistant to 260 °C, to avoid ESD and scratches damaging wafers; the body is thick stainless steel, hard, acid and corrosion resistant and resistant to deformation. Every model has a 130 mm long, 10 mm wide body, with 14 tip styles including pointed, flat and wafer paddle, for semiconductor, optoelectronics, display and laboratory work in high-cleanliness environments.

Selection tips: to carry whole wafers, choose a wafer paddle tip (2W / 4WF / 8W / 12W, by wafer size); for SMD parts, IC leads and other small parts, choose a pointed style (00 / 249 / 259 / 5CFR); for thin sheets and flat workpieces, choose a flat style (242 / 258CFA / 2ABCFR); for obstructed positions or angled approach, choose an angled or curved style (246 / 7CFR / 2ABCFR).
