The ARCTIC TP-3 is a soft, blue silicone thermal pad with a special filler. It is electrically insulating and not adhesive, so it can be fitted and removed without damaging components. It fills the gap between a heat-generating part and a heat sink, for example RAM, chipsets, power ICs, M.2 SSDs and graphics card VRMs.
Distribution: JIAHON is an authorized distributor of ARCTIC in Taiwan.

Features
- Electrically insulating, not adhesive. Easy to fit and to replace, which helps where parts are serviced repeatedly.
- Soft and stackable. ARCTIC describes the pad as soft and stackable. Pads of different thickness can be combined to cover different height differences, and ARCTIC states that stacking does not reduce heat transfer efficiency.
- Easy to cut. Scissors or a craft knife are enough to cut it to the shape you need.
Pad sizes and pack quantities
ARCTIC lists pads of 120 × 20 mm, 100 × 100 mm and 200 × 100 mm, in packs of 1, 2 or 4 pads. Tell us the thickness, size and quantity you need, and we confirm which versions we can supply.
About thermal conductivity
ARCTIC does not publish a thermal conductivity figure for the TP-3. ARCTIC explains in its FAQ why it does not publish a figure. If you need a figure for your design calculation, please check ARCTIC’s data.
