Automatic tape dispensers RT-7000, RT-7700, RT-3700

Three models compared. The RT-7000 is the standard single-roll unit; the RT-7700 can cut two rolls at once (total width 55 mm or more) for two parallel lines; the RT-3700 is a compact disc-type unit for benches with little space. All three run on 110 V or 220 V and cut lengths from 5 to 999 mm.

Which one for your line?

  • RT-7000 — standard station: one roll, steady and precise cutting for single-station packing or label trimming where length must be controlled. Tape is fed by sensor when the operator takes a piece. Large rolls over 300 mm outer diameter fit directly.
  • RT-7700 — two rolls, higher output: cuts two rolls at the same time when their total width is 55 mm or more. For packing stations that need two widths at once, or high-output lines running two lines in parallel.
  • RT-3700 — small bench, three modes: the disc design takes less bench space (260 mm across), for repair stations or small manual work areas. Three modes (blue: full auto, purple: semi-auto, red: preset length) let operators switch tasks without changing machines. Its limit is a tape roll outer diameter of 150 mm; larger rolls need an upright model.

Tapes it can cut

  • Metal: copper foil tape, aluminum foil tape
  • General: filament tape, double-sided tape, masking tape, kraft paper tape, packing tape, electrical tape, cloth tape
  • Film: PE protective film, PET static film
  • Special materials such as cashmere fabric
