The 16710-20 is a Bently Nevada interconnect cable with a fixed length of 20 ft (about 6.1 m), used with 330400 / 330425 accelerometers and similar seismic / vibration transducer systems. It uses a 3-conductor shielded 22 AWG construction with a stainless steel armored jacket. One end has a 3-socket plug; the other end has terminal lugs for wiring at the installation end. The armor withstands mechanical impact, oil and chemical attack in industrial environments, while the shield suppresses high-frequency EMI so the vibration signal arrives intact.
Three conductors, a shield and armor give three layers of protection for production lines with high vibration, high temperature or oil contamination.

Selection notes
- The “20” in 16710-20 is the length in feet. The last two digits of Bently Nevada interconnect cable part numbers are usually the length code; if your line needs a different length, check the matching P/N (for example, 16710-15 = 15 ft, 16710-30 = 30 ft). Choose the length from the actual distance between the transducer and the monitor or signal conditioning end, plus a suitable margin (typically 10–15%) so the cable is not under tension.
- Armored vs. non-armored: the armored version suits production lines with a risk of mechanical impact or high temperatures; the non-armored version suits fixed wiring inside control panels at a lower cost.
- 22 AWG signal cable: the shield suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI) on the production line and keeps the vibration signal intact.
