Two-fluid cleaning and adjustable centrifugal drying for camera module parts.
The CMOS sensor, lens and holder in a camera module are very sensitive to dust; particles at the micron level can cause imaging defects. The JHPBT-550 cleans precision surfaces with a two-fluid spray (a mixed gas and liquid jet), then spin-dries the parts at an adjustable 100 to 1500 rpm to shorten drying time. A static elimination system helps prevent particles from being attracted back to the surface, and the compressed air supply meets ISO 8573.1. The compact design allows installation in a cleanroom.
