For CEPCK CECK-1010 / 1020 dual-component flue gas analyzers, covering maintenance parts such as probe filters, probe heaters and samplers.
The CEPCK (Beijing Zhongdian Yichuan Measurement and Control Technology) CECK-1010L series is an industrial in-situ dual-component flue gas analyzer that measures NOx (nitrogen oxides) and O2 (oxygen) in high-temperature conditions. Its three core maintenance parts are the probe filter (removes dust particles from the flue gas), the probe heater (keeps the sample line hot to prevent condensation) and the sampler (draws gas samples from the flue). Replacing these parts on schedule is key to keeping the analysis accurate and extending the life of the analyzer.
About the CEPCK CECK-1010 series and the role of the parts
CEPCK’s main products include zirconia oxygen analyzers, dual-component flue gas analyzers, high-temperature humidity analyzers and the FGA series of process gas monitoring systems. The CECK-1010 / 1020 is its flagship dual-component flue gas analyzer. It uses in-situ measurement and is widely used in high-temperature applications in power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, district heating, ceramics, glass and metal heat treatment.
The probe of an in-situ analyzer goes straight into the flue and is exposed to high temperature, heavy dust and corrosive gas, so the consumable parts at the probe end are the focus of maintenance. These three types of parts make up the core of the sample conditioning system:
Three core parts: specs and functions
| Part | Function | Key specs | Suggested replacement interval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Probe filter | Mounted at the probe tip; stops dust and solid particles in the flue gas so they do not clog or damage the downstream optical or electrochemical sensors | Ceramic or sintered stainless steel; temperature rating depends on the application; pore size usually 2–10 μm | Every 3–6 months (possibly sooner in heavy dust) |
| Probe heater | Heats the sample line continuously to keep it above the acid dew point (about 120–160°C), preventing sulfuric or nitric acid vapor from condensing on the tube wall and corroding the equipment | Heating tape or heated jacket; temperature-controlled with sensor feedback | Depends on heating element life, usually 1–3 years |
| Sampler | Draws a set volume of gas from the flue and sends it to the analyzer. In in-situ systems the sampler is usually built into the probe as a probe sampling assembly | High-temperature material (316L stainless steel or titanium alloy); with flange mounting | Every 1–2 years, or when the seals fail |
Selection note: the CECK-1010 comes in standard and explosion-proof (Ex) versions, and part mounting specs may differ. Before ordering, please confirm the analyzer version (standard / Ex) and the probe length so the parts fit.
Applications
The CEPCK CECK-1010 / 1020 is mainly used in industrial processes that need real-time monitoring of NOx and O2 emissions:
| Application | Typical conditions | Maintenance focus |
|---|---|---|
| Power plant boilers | High flue gas temperature, heavy dust | Filters need replacing more often; check every 3 months |
| Metallurgical furnaces / glass furnaces | High-temperature dust with alkaline content | Heater must keep the temperature above the acid dew point to prevent corrosion |
| Petrochemical process emissions | Risk of sulfur compounds | Sampler material must resist corrosion (316L or better) |
| Environmental CEMS (continuous emission monitoring systems) | Continuous monitoring required by regulation | Replace all parts on schedule to keep data reliable |
Selection summary
| Aspect | Key consideration |
|---|---|
| Analyzer version | Confirm CECK-1010 or 1020, standard or explosion-proof (Ex); part specs may differ |
| Probe length | Depends on flue diameter and insertion depth; give the installation distance when ordering |
| Filter material | Ceramic filters for general conditions; consider sintered stainless steel for corrosive environments |
| Heating temperature | Must be above the acid dew point (usually 120–160°C); flue gas with sulfur needs a higher setting |
| Spares strategy | Keep 2–3 sets of filters on hand so they can be swapped during maintenance without interrupting monitoring |
