Cleanroom wipes and wiping paper for wiping work surfaces, fixtures and small parts. This page lists the five types we handle: four polyester cloth wipes (3008 in 6 inch and 9 inch, 3002 and 4009 in 9 inch) and one 9-inch paper wipe. In English they are called cleanroom wipes or cleanroom wipers; 3008, 3002 and 4009 are type codes.

Paper or cloth
- Wiping paper is made of wood-pulp fibre. It is a basic choice for wiping the outside of equipment and for general cleaning, and a pack holds 300 sheets.
- 3008 is the standard polyester wipe. 3002 and 4009 are microfibre wipes with finer fibres, which in general are gentler on easily scratched surfaces.
The cleanroom class you work in, and any limit on particles or ionic residue, decide which type is right. We do not publish particle or residue figures on this page. Ask us for the data sheet of the type you are considering and compare it with your own requirement.
