Pockets 91–120 mm
These clear square-pocket trays have pockets 91–120 mm long, a larger size range with usually 12–30 pockets per tray, for bulky parts that need more cushioning space per pocket: stepper motor stators / rotors, optical lens modules, large board-edge PCB connectors and industrial controller housings. 54 standard models, 10–62 mm deep, outer size up to 495×375 mm.

Trays in this range hold fewer parts (usually 12–30 pockets), but each part is larger and needs more protection. Check whether an anti-static version is needed, especially for modules containing sensor chips.
Outer size: some models in this range exceed 460×350 mm. Check that line-side carts and rack shelf heights fit the tray outer size so the trays can be stacked.
