Pockets 123–200 mm
These clear square-pocket trays have pockets 123–200 mm long, an extra-large size range with 6–24 pockets per tray and a large area per pocket. They suit bulky parts that must not touch each other, such as small PCBAs, industrial gearboxes, servo motor housings and medical device housings. 44 standard models, up to 45 mm deep, some with outer sizes over 550×380 mm.

With clear trays, inspectors can check the underside of PCBAs or housings through the tray base without turning the tray over. If parts carry IC chips under ESD control, choose the anti-static square-pocket trays instead (surface resistance 10⁶–10⁹ Ω).
Large outer size: some models reach 566×383 mm. When carrying by hand, check the tray size and weight suit the operator. For stacks of more than 3 layers, use a dedicated cart to keep the bottom parts from being pressed.
