Clear square-pocket trays with 21–30 mm pockets sit between small and small-to-medium parts, covering a wide range of mechanical and electronic parts: small connector housings, lens modules (not static-sensitive), precision screws, pins and machined parts outside SMT.
With small pockets, usually 40–225 per tray, these trays suit sorting and temporary storage of many different parts in small quantities, and operators can check contents without opening any packaging.

How to check the pocket size
Measure the maximum size of the part in three directions: length (L), width (W) and height (H), adding 0.5–1 mm clearance to each. Compare with the “pocket size (L×W×H)” column in the specification table and choose the closest model. Pocket depth (H) is easy to overlook: if it is too shallow, parts stick out above the tray and can be damaged when trays are stacked.
Check the pocket count against your batch: batch quantity ÷ pockets per tray = number of trays. This range usually has 40–225 pockets per tray; decide whether you need extra trays to rotate.
