Material notes
- Oxygen-free copper (OFC): very low oxygen content (≤ 5 ppm) and conductivity close to the theoretical limit, for precision circuit leads and electrochemical working electrodes.
- Titanium: excellent corrosion resistance; TC4 titanium alloy adds strength, for medical device experiments and aerospace test pieces.
- Aluminum: light and ductile, a common lead for coil winding and thin-film packaging.
- Nickel: stable magnetic and resistance properties, for sensor leads and NTC thermistor elements.
