Springs and side cover plates: this second Samsung CP feeder parts page focuses on springs, side cover plates, the tape guide channel and pushrod parts. CP feeders use many springs: J2500039 (general spring rod spring), J2500199 (24 mm version) and J7065281B (rewind spring) each have their own position, so state the mounting position or send a photo of the old part when ordering. Side cover plates (J7065147 group) come in versions A / B / C for different machine batches; confirm by the machine’s year of manufacture before ordering.
Pushrod links and trigger hook: the pushrod link directly drives the feeding motion of CP feeders and covers several part numbers (J7000879 / J2500032 / J7000775 / J2500214 / J7000776 / J2500356). Their positions are similar but the fit dimensions differ slightly, so compare with the old part when replacing. The trigger lever locating hook (J2500038) is a trigger locating part on 8 mm feeders; when it wears, the feeder’s start timing shifts, so check it when you see intermittent low-speed stops.
Tape guide channel, locating pin screw and link screws: the tape guide channel (J7065436A, 8 mm) limits sideways movement of the tape during feeding; when it wears, the tape drifts out of the channel. The bottom locating pin screw (J2500068) fixes the feeder’s bottom position after mounting; when it loosens, the feeder wobbles on the machine, one of the causes of unstable feeding position. Link screws (J2500360 / J2500395) are used mainly on 12 mm feeders; estimate stock from the number of feeders × average usage.
