CUH feeder controllers adjust output frequency and amplitude to control the feed rate of a linear vibratory feeder precisely, so electronic components, small parts or screws are conveyed steadily. When a controller ages or its frequency drifts, feeding becomes unstable — at best it slows the line’s cycle time, at worst parts jam or are missed. The CUH SDVC series is a common specification in the industry.
