When do you need a custom nozzle? Components that standard nozzles cannot pick reliably — odd-shaped connectors, heat sinks, large SOP / QFN or irregular packages — need a nozzle designed around the component’s geometry. JIAHON handles custom nozzles from drawing design through trial samples to production.

Panasonic CM212 / CM602 / NPM / CM202 / CM402 / DT401, JUKI KE series, Yamaha YS12 / YS24 / YSM20 / YG200 / YG300 (for standard part numbers, check our compatible Yamaha nozzles first), and other brands (please ask us to confirm feasibility).
The compatible design is made to pass the machine’s vision recognition, so normal placement is not affected.
