We design and build two main crate structures to suit the size, weight and shipping route of your goods. Plywood panels with a PP corner-batten frame or metal corner reinforcement protect far better than cartons, for long-distance road, air or sea shipment of precision instruments, measuring equipment and industrial spares.

Type A integrates the pallet feet, so no separate pallet is needed and forklifts can enter from three sides. The lid is screwed down, so the crate can be opened screw by screw and reused. Type B has stainless steel corner plates screwed at all four corners for better impact resistance and stacking load. The lid comes off completely for inspection on the line, and foam trays, antistatic inner bags or wooden locating frames can be fitted inside.
Ordering
Send the outer dimensions of the goods (L × W × H), gross weight, destination country (to decide whether ISPM 15 treatment is needed), and whether you need internal shock foam or antistatic lining. Typical production time is 3–7 working days.
