Three different wear parts, each with a clear replacement point.
What each part does
- Transport belt: moves the PCB in and out of the printer. When the belt wears and stretches, board positioning drifts and it must be replaced to restore accuracy.
- Firewire IGUS cable: high-speed data cable between the machine and external systems; aging affects communication stability.
- Stencil clamp cable (cable crimped assembly, rails): tensions the stencil clamping frame. If it breaks, the stencil cannot be held and the machine stops.
Transport belt vs. drive belt: the transport belt (181706) carries boards and is 3 mm wide × 2450 mm long; drive belts (188681–188682 and others) transmit motor power on each axis. They are not interchangeable.
Supply type: for the same part number we may offer new parts (not through the brand’s authorized distributor in Taiwan), compatible parts or used parts removed from machines, depending on stock. Please tell us which you need.

Buying tip: a broken clamp cable stops production, so keep at least one spare. Replace the transport belt when the surface cracks or it has visibly stretched.
