The board system of a DEK stencil printer handles motion control, cleaning module communication and image transfer. The Next Move ES board is the main motion control board of the DEK Horizon and drives precise stepper control of each axis. The Screen Cleaner Node controls and communicates with the stencil wiping system. The 1394 Reader Card transfers camera image data and directly affects vision alignment. A board failure usually means a function is lost completely and downtime is costly, so plan spares according to the machine’s age.
