Cleaning stencils one at a time is slow, and the cleaning solution and rinse water have to be managed separately. The JHPBT-1000XS automatic dual-tank water-based stencil cleaner takes 2 stencils at once: the stencils move up and down while the spray system jets heated cleaning solution at high pressure, and cleaning, rinsing and drying are all completed automatically.
Cleaning and rinsing use separate tanks (2 × 110 L): symmetrical dual spray cleaning, spray rinsing, then dual air-knife drying with heated drying.

Process
Load the stencils by hand → stencils move up and down → spray pump pressurises, in-line central filtration, cleaning → liquid recovered → spray pump pressurises, in-line central filtration, rinsing → air-knife drying → unload by hand.
