Multi-layer barrier for chemical work
In chemical work, the barrier performance of a protective suit decides the operator’s safety margin. The DuPont Tychem® 2000 uses multi-layer Tychem® C fabric weighing 83.2 g/m², with abrasion resistance above 2,000 cycles (EN 530) and flex cracking resistance above 100,000 cycles (ISO 7854), and stays flexible down to −73°C. The one-piece hooded coverall has bonded seams sealed with multi-layer tape to greatly reduce seam leakage, and the anti-static front panel meets EN 1149-1 (inner surface resistivity 5.4 × 10⁹ Ω), for work with both chemical and static risks.

Notes for use
- Make sure the suit fits and fully close the zipper and cuffs.
- Do not use near high heat, open flames, flammable or explosive atmospheres, or in oxygen-enriched environments.
- Replace the suit immediately if it is damaged.
