EAO (Switzerland) makes human-machine interface switches. Series 19 is designed for instruments, audio-visual equipment and medical devices, featuring a Ø8 mm miniature panel cutout — much smaller than the 22 mm industrial standard pushbutton — for dense panel layouts or small equipment housings. The 19-139.015 has a raised button for clear tactile feedback, a snap-action mechanism for a positive press every time, momentary 1NO operation and LED illumination (red or yellow).

Where a Ø8 mm pushbutton fits
Industrial control panels usually use 22 mm standard pushbuttons, but instrument, measurement and medical device panels have limited space, and their operators are trained technicians who do not need large mushroom-head designs. The Ø8 mm EAO Series 19 lets you fit more function buttons in the same panel area, while the LED gives status feedback.
- Uses: control panels of measuring instruments, laboratory equipment, medical support equipment, function keys on audio-visual equipment.
- 42 V low voltage: for equipment powered at DC 5 V / 12 V / 24 V / 42 V; not recommended for direct use in AC 220 V industrial control circuits.
