Automatic lifting in the 150 kg class: for cartons, blister trays and whole stacks of totes.
Lifting heavier materials layer by layer by bending over takes a toll on the back. This electric lift cart uses a sensor to detect material height: place a layer on the platform and it lowers automatically; remove a layer and the next one rises, so the operator always picks and places at the same height. The platform type has a steel mast and flat platform; the fork type has a column and a U-shaped fork that can carry a whole stack of totes.
- 150 kg load capacity
- 200–850 mm platform type lift range
- 130–1050 mm fork type lift range
- DC 24 V battery / plug-in

How to use it
- After switching on, select auto mode; the platform type can also be switched to manual jog to set the height yourself.
- Place a layer and the platform lowers one layer; remove a layer and the next one rises.
- Push it to the next workstation and keep picking at the same height.
Where to use it
- Carton stacking in warehouse shipping preparation and packing areas
- Replenishing blister trays and trays on production lines
- Moving whole stacks of totes to the line side (fork type)
Use with
- ESD black totes (without lid): the 610 × 420 series fits on the platform type and can also be stacked on the fork.
- Removable divider totes (400 × 600 × 350 mm): 400 × 600 mm divider totes for sorting parts.
FAQ
Platform type or fork type — which should I choose? For materials that must lie flat, such as cartons and blister trays, choose the platform type; to put a whole stack of totes on the cart and push it to the line, choose the fork type, with a lower limit of 130 mm and an upper limit of 1050 mm.
Is this a forklift? No. It is a push cart with lifting, designed to keep the operator’s pick height constant beside a workstation; with a 150 kg capacity, it is not a stacker for loading and unloading racks.
