A cushioned standing mat with a static-dissipative base for ESD workstations.
Electronics line operators often stand for 8 to 10 hours a shift. This mat uses a high-density EPDM cushion layer to absorb impact from the floor, and a static-dissipative PVC base to carry body static to ground. One mat addresses both standing fatigue and ESD control. It is used in front of a workstation; tacky mats for removing dust from shoe soles at cleanroom entrances are a different product.
Three-layer structure

Features
- Less standing fatigue: the high-density EPDM layer rebounds well and supports the feet while standing.
- ESD protection: the PVC base is static dissipative; use it with a grounded wrist strap and ESD flooring to reduce body static build-up.
- Yellow edges and beveled sides: the yellow strips mark the area on the floor, and the beveled edges help prevent the mat from curling up and causing trips.
- Easy to clean: hand wash, vacuum or dry clean; the surface is wear-resistant.
