Orderly PCB buffering between SMT stages, without compromising static protection.
When PCBs are buffered between SMT process stages in an ordinary rack, two problems appear: static build-up can damage components already soldered to the board, and loose slots can let a board slip and scratch. This ESD PCB storage rack addresses both through its material and its slot geometry.

Within the series there are geared-track and screw-adjust versions, whole-board versions, and versions rated for higher temperature. Heat resistance is 100 °C on standard models, 120 °C on JH3504 and 3504C, 230 °C on JH3505 and JH3505C, and 300 °C on the aluminium-alloy JH3506C. Ask us for the full model list with each model’s size, adjustment method, heat resistance, material and surface resistance.
Choosing a model
When you inquire, please tell us: (1) the maximum PCB width in mm, (2) how many boards each rack should hold, and (3) whether you need stacking or castors. We recommend a model based on that.
Reminder: check the rack’s surface resistance regularly (we suggest every quarter) with a surface resistance meter, especially in hot and humid environments or after long use, to confirm it is still within specification.
