Overview
An ESD drawer trolley holds PCBs, IC trays and fixtures in separate drawers and is pushed around as one unit. This model has 7 drawers and a thick stainless steel frame, with system resistance of 10⁵–10⁹ Ω, two ground chains as standard and 3 mm IXPE ESD foam lining in each drawer.
Drawer trolleys on electronics lines commonly have three problems: iron bodies rust and soil materials, drawers stick and slow operators down, and weak static protection damages precision ICs and PCBAs. This 7-drawer stainless steel trolley is built on a thick stainless steel frame with precision industrial slides, carries ≥ 400 kg, and comes with two ground chains, IXPE ESD foam and 5 in ESD swivel casters with brakes. FAQ
Can the size be customized? Yes — drawers, size, dividers, slots and casters can be built to drawing (OEM / ODM), with a sample first for volume orders. When asking for a quote, give the board or tray size, weight per drawer and quantity.
How is ESD handled? System resistance 1.0×10⁵–1.0×10⁹ Ω, two 4 mm rust-proof ground chains, 5 in ESD swivel casters and 3 mm IXPE ESD foam drawer lining. The ground chains must touch a grounded floor or ESD flooring to complete the discharge path.
7-drawer vs 12-drawer? 7-drawer (this page): thick stainless steel frame, ≥ 400 kg total, ≥ 30 kg per drawer, ESD as standard. 12-drawer: polished SUS304 body, ≥ 500 kg total, ≥ 35 kg per drawer, ESD as an option.
