Static-dissipative PP boxes for moving and storing electronic parts between processes.
An ESD tote box (also called an ESD box) holds static-sensitive electronic components, circuit boards and semiconductor products between processes, in storage and in transit. These boxes are injection-molded from antistatic polypropylene (PP), with a labeled resistance of 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω, which is in the static-dissipative range. The labeled value does not state a test method. Reinforcing ribs allow multi-level stacking in cleanrooms and warehouses.

Black plastic boxes are often called “conductive boxes” in the trade, but the labeled value of this box is in the static-dissipative range, not the conductive range. Please check against your component specifications and your own testing.
