Overview
A feeder cart holds SMT feeders in molded locating slots with fixing holes. Load the tape first, push the cart to the machine and mount the feeders one by one.
This page covers carts compatible with FUJI placement machines: 2-tier 80- and 90-slot carts for NXT / XP-F feeders (welded stainless, aluminum profile or aluminum, with or without reel baskets), 2-tier 70-slot stainless carts for CP6 / CP7 / XP143, carts for XP243 / IP / QP, and an NXT cart with acrylic cover and lockable double doors — 11 carts. These are compatible carts, not made by FUJI.

How to choose
- Feeder series: NXT / XP-F → NXT carts; CP6 / CP7 / XP143 → CP cart (70 slots); XP243 / IP / QP → XP243 cart. Not sure? Send us the machine nameplate or feeder model.
- Feeder count: 80 slots if enough, 90 for more; leave room for the next work order.
- Frame: welded stainless is rigid; aluminum profile is lighter and can be assembled on site; aluminum carts come with reel baskets.
