What a feeder cart does
A feeder cart (feeder trolley) holds SMT feeders. Each slot has a guide and locating pin; feeders slide in one by one. At changeover, load the tape first, push the cart to the machine and mount the feeders — faster than carrying feeders by hand, and the tape and feeders are not damaged.
This page covers carts compatible with Panasonic placement machines: shared carts for CM402, CM602 and NPM, plus BM221 / MSF, early CM301-series, powered, and adjustable-height loading-table versions. 30 slots single-tier, 60 two-tier, 90 three-tier; welded stainless or aluminum-profile frames — 9 carts plus a reel basket set. These are compatible carts, not products of Panasonic.
