Overview
A feeder cart holds SMT feeders in molded locating slots with fixing holes. Load the tape first, push the cart to the machine and mount the feeders one by one.
This page covers carts compatible with Yamaha placement machines: 2-tier 80-slot carts shared by YS12 / YS24 / YS88 / YS100 and SS / ZS feeders, YV / YG / CL carts, a single-tier 60-slot cart with reel baskets, a 2-tier 96-slot cart, and white powder-coated single-tier carts for YSM10 / YSM20. Welded or knock-down stainless frames — 11 carts plus a reel basket set. These are compatible carts, not Yamaha products.
