FUJI CP6, CP7 and XP series placement machines are a mid-generation platform still heavily used in Taiwanese SMT plants. This page lists 28 compatible mechanism parts, centred on tape covers, one-way bearing take-up reels, take-up gears, links and press levers, for tape widths from 8 mm to 24 mm. CP series feeder parts come in many models with large differences between generations, so always confirm the machine (CP6 / CP7 / CP8) and tape width when ordering. Some parts (such as tape covers AKJAC9090 / AKJAC9030) fit CP6 / CP7 / CP8, while others (such as the 24 mm tape cover AWCD4303) fit only the CP6.
Take-up gears are common consumables on CP / XP feeders: the XP series uses 12 mm large / small gears (AKJBD6271 / AKJBD6281) and the 12×8 mm gear (AKJBD6291); CP6 / CP7 8 mm gears are AMCA4901 / AMCA4900 / AMCA4902. Links (linkage rods) and press levers come in sizes from 8 mm (AWCA0030) to 24×16 mm (AWCD5101); match the size to the tape width when replacing them to avoid feed pitch errors.
One-way bearing take-up reels (AKJAD6143 / KJAD3481) and inner covers with bearing (WCB0480 series) are medium-wear parts. Check regularly whether the tape slips or skips, and replace them promptly to avoid misplacement and tape jams. Hook screws (K5357T) and front safety latches (KJAC0102) are small and easily lost, so keep enough in stock.

Selection checkpoints
- CP6 / CP7 / CP8 differences: some tape covers (such as AKJAC9090) fit all three models; the 24 mm tape cover (AWCD4303) fits only the CP6, so confirm the machine before ordering.
- Judging take-up gear wear: replace as soon as teeth are chipped or the tape slips; delay leads to feed pitch drift and placement offset.
- Link sizes: link sizes (8 / 12 / 16 / 24 mm) correspond to tape width; a mismatched model causes feed pitch errors.
- Power cables: SIP6210 and KHEH1250 are for pneumatic and electric feeders respectively; tell us the feeder drive type when ordering.
