Overview
This page covers compatible FUJI CP6 spares, series XIII: filters (AA19H06 / AA0AL04), CP6 nozzle shafts (WPH1284 / AWPH3088), CP6 holder (AWPH3120), CP6 fiber unit (FU-2254), CP6 cylinders (WPA5152 / S20655 / S2085H), CP6 coupler (K1005Z), lower cover (PP03410), coupling (DCPA0172), collar (2MGKHA024200) and cable (AJ13209).
The CP6 is an earlier design but is still widely used on medium- and low-speed lines. A worn CP6 nozzle shaft (WPH1284 / AWPH3088) makes the nozzle rotate off-center; the two models differ slightly, so check against your machine. A failed FU-2254 fiber unit cuts the sensor signal — a common cause of stops. The three CP6 cylinders (WPA5152 / S20655 / S2085H) are chosen by mounting position. Evaluate the coupler together with the shaft when replacing.
