The grease gun kit, with grease gun and gauge, is the tool for lubricating FUJI feeders at routine PM; keep at least one set per plant. The T63245 master chip is the reference piece for vision calibration on FUJI machines; damage or contamination affects placement accuracy calibration, so check it yearly. The head assembly replaces the whole head after major damage. A damaged harness (XH01111 / XH01080) usually means an open or short circuit that causes head errors.
