This is part VIII of our FUJI SMT placement machine feeder parts series, covering calibration parts, machine cooling filters and power cables: essential consumables for feeder maintenance and machine PM. Feeder calibration steel strips come in nine widths from 8 mm to 88 mm and are used after feeder installation to calibrate the tape opening and verify pitch. Using them regularly reveals feeder wear and offset early, before accumulated error causes batch defects.
Cooling fan filters are often overlooked in machine maintenance. When the Y-axis cooling fan inlet filter (2MGTSA020801 / AB28300) clogs, the machine’s thermal control fails, a common cause of over-temperature shutdowns. Filters differ by machine: H01 / H08 / H24 (XH00100 / XH00120), CP6 / CP7 (GFPN1150) and the XP series each have their own part numbers, so confirm the machine when ordering. We suggest replacing them every quarter, or more often depending on how dusty the plant is.
Feeder cart power cables come in a 1st generation (RH02472) and a 2nd generation (RH44844); they look alike but their connectors do not mate, so confirm by the machine’s production year or documentation before replacing. This page also includes small machine parts such as the tray magnet (ABHTB1030), safety door latch pin (S3193X) and hook (PB18142), which can be ordered together with NXT pages IV–VII.

PM checklist
- Cooling filters: check by eye every quarter; in dusty plants replace every 1–2 months. Filter part numbers differ by machine (H series / CP series / XP series).
- Power cable generation: 1st generation (RH02472) and 2nd generation (RH44844) have different connectors and are not interchangeable; order by the part number of the cable currently on the machine.
- Calibration strips: use after installing a feeder or when you suspect feed offset; we suggest keeping a set of every width in the toolbox.
