Fiber amplifiers such as A10395 / A1042T / A1038Y amplify fiber sensor signals on CP6 / CP7 / CP8 machines; a failure usually causes unstable signals or false alarms, so keep one or two spares of each model. The nozzle shafts cover four types — H08, H24, H04S and V12 — each for a different head; check the head actually fitted on your machine. The Y-axis bearing is a key precision part of the Y-axis linear guide; test axial play after replacement. The maintenance kit supports a planned maintenance schedule.
