The vacuum ejector is the core vacuum source for pick-up on FUJI CP machines; a failure reduces or removes suction on the whole head, so replace it immediately. Vacuum shaft sealing degrades with wear; replacing it together with the O-ring extends its life. The lamp is a vision consumable; CP6 / CP7 machines have long service lives, so keep one or two spares. The nozzle shafts come in three types — H12HS, H04 and H12S — so check the head model when repairing.
