The FUJI NXT series is FUJI’s current mainstream production platform, and W08C / W08F / W12 to W104 feeders are widely used on new-generation high-speed placement lines. This page lists the core mechanism parts of NXT feeders, mainly gears, bearings, motors and reel holder assemblies: the spares list most often used for in-depth NXT feeder repair.
White plastic gears (PJ00143 / PH01670 / PT01941 etc.) and the black guide roller (PH01681) are the main wear parts of the NXT feeding mechanism. Once gear teeth chip or the guide roller wears flat, feed pitch drifts systematically and placement accuracy suffers across the whole tape. The NXT uses a small motor (AA69S05) and a large motor (AA6WC07), matched to the W08C and W08F respectively; always confirm the feeder model before replacing to avoid fitting the wrong one. The damping magnetic washer (2ADLFA011800) absorbs feeder vibration; once aged it speeds up mechanism wear, so check it at PM.
Reel holders come in three generations (3rd-generation new type 2ADLFA002003, 2nd-generation AA5NC03, large reel holder AA1KA14). Most new machines use the 3rd generation, while older lines may mix them, so check the reel holder’s shape and compare part numbers before ordering. Reel holder support posts (PM97983 etc.) come in several sizes by tape width, with a model for each width from 8 mm to 88 mm.

NXT feeder repair points
- Confirm the motor: AA69S05 (small motor) is for the W08C and AA6WC07 (large motor) for the W08F; the wrong model will not fit or will run at the wrong speed.
- Confirm the reel holder generation: we suggest stocking the 3rd-generation new type (2ADLFA002003); for older lines with mixed types, confirm by appearance or the machine BOM before ordering.
- White plastic gears: PJ / PH / PT part numbers have similar functions but different sizes; measure the diameter and tooth count of the old part before ordering, or send the part number for us to match.
