Supply type: for the same part number we may offer new parts (not through the brand’s authorized distributor in Taiwan), compatible parts or used parts removed from machines, depending on stock. When asking for a quote, please give the part number and tell us which you need.
Machines: FUJI NXT (H01 / H02 heads) and FUJI AIMEX (H01 / H02 heads)
Why it matters: the FUJI NXT H01 / H02 is a FUJI precision placement head used to pick and place medium and large components such as capacitors, connectors and IC packages. Nozzle sizes run from 1.8 mm to 20 mm, and special-shape (non-round) nozzles are available for unusual components. The R36 series part numbers fit H01 / H02 heads and can also be used on the H01 H02 heads of FUJI AIMEX machines; please confirm your machine when choosing so you do not mix them up.
Three things to include when asking for a nozzle quote:
- The part number (required).
- The head and machine type (NXT or AIMEX).
- Whether you need a manufacturer part or a compatible part. Please say clearly, as it affects the quote and lead time.

Custom special-shape nozzles: for non-standard sizes or unusual components, we offer a custom nozzle service. The process is: send a sample and drawing, then design and quote, then sample testing, then volume production.
NXT and AIMEX fit: some R36 series part numbers are marked as fitting both NXT and AIMEX, but not all of them are interchangeable. Please confirm your machine model (NXT or AIMEX) before ordering so you do not end up with a part that will not fit.
