The H1007G / H1007D vacuum generator is the core of the pick-up system on FUJI XP / CP machines; if it fails, the machine loses suction entirely, so stock spares urgently. Fiber sensors (XS01454 / XS03503) detect nozzle and mechanism movement; a fault usually triggers an error code and stops the machine. Camera glass scratches easily under high-frequency operation and affects vision accuracy, so replace it periodically. S4040X / S4040W are proximity sensors; a failure causes position misreads.
