Pins and one-way wheels: the FV feeder drive relies on front and rear locating pins. The front pin (K87-M1112-00X) and rear pin (K87-M2313-00X) fix the two ends of the connecting plate; displacement or wear directly causes feed pitch error. The front and rear pins of the 8 mm large rubber reel gear (K87-M1112-10X / K87-M1113-10X) look similar to the connecting plate versions, so watch the -10X and -00X suffixes when ordering. The one-way wheels (K87-M1199-10X / K87-M219L-00X) and one-way bearing reel wheels are the core of the winding mechanism; if they slip or reverse, tape tension is lost at once.
Cylinder, drive rollers and take-up wheel: the FV 8 mm cylinder (K87-M1185-00X) controls the tape opening; when it ages, feeding is incomplete or the pitch skips, one of the common causes of FV feeder stops. Drive roller assemblies come in type C (K87-M1191-00X) and type D/E (K87-M1191-10X); they look alike but the fit dimensions differ, so confirm the type marked on the feeder before ordering. The FV 32 / 44 mm take-up wheel (K87-M5394-00X) winds up the waste cover tape; when it wears, waste builds up and jams, so inspect it regularly.

Selection notes
- Front and rear pin part numbers: K87-M1112-00X (front) and K87-M1113-10X (rear) have different suffixes; mixing them causes shaft spacing error, so confirm each separately.
- Drive roller type C or D/E: K87-M1191-00X (type C) and K87-M1191-10X (type D/E) differ by one digit; check the type code on the feeder body first.
- Aged cylinder: when the FV 8 mm cylinder (K87-M1185-00X) ages, the feed pitch skips; it is the first part to check when the feeder stops, and keeping one spare is worth considering.
- Large / small bearing numbers: bearing No. 14 (K87-5390-00X) and No. 20 (K87-M539A-00X) are for different positions; choose by the position in the feeder.
