Squeegee spares for GPX-C series printers cover metal squeegees (300 / 350 / 400 mm, per set), squeegee blades (one per size) and seven types of end dams, so you can replace the whole set or single pieces according to wear and lower the cost of each maintenance. End dam materials include white rubber, black rubber, steel, green elastic, black soft rubber, clear silicone and green silicone, suiting different solder paste viscosities and stencil cleaning needs.
Chipped squeegee edges or hardened, cracked end dams are common root causes of paste leaking sideways and uneven print thickness. Before replacing parts, we suggest checking with a tension meter that stencil tension is within specification, so squeegee pressure can be set right the first time.
