HIOKI 9465-10 pin type lead
The HIOKI 9465-10 is a straight pin type lead designed for HIOKI BT3554 portable battery testers and RM3548 resistance meters. Its gold-plated pogo pin tip has a coaxial four-terminal structure — SENSE in the center, SOURCE on the outer ring — which reduces contact resistance and noise for stable, repeatable battery internal resistance readings.
The Ø 2.9 mm tip passes through the inspection holes in battery terminal covers, so readings can be taken without removing the covers, saving inspection time. The tip is replaceable (part 9465-90): when it wears, only the tip needs changing.

Tip design: the gold plating resists corrosion and keeps conduction stable. The coaxial design puts SENSE (voltage) and SOURCE (current) in a single tip, separating the current and voltage paths needed for four-terminal measurement and removing lead resistance from the internal resistance reading. The spring keeps contact pressure steady, so contact stays reliable even on oxidized or uneven terminals.

Selection note: for an angled probe to reach side terminals, choose the L2020 pin type lead. For wider spacing between measuring points, consider the 9465-11 (3,900 mm total, asymmetric red / black leads). When the tip wears, replace only the 9465-90 tip.
