Machines: Hitachi MS series stencil printers
Squeegee spares for Hitachi MS series stencil printers come in five lengths from 250 mm to 450 mm: metal squeegees (sold per pair) and squeegee blades (sold individually), plus matching end dams, for scheduled blade maintenance on Hitachi MS machines. Depending on wear, you can replace a whole pair or a single blade, which keeps spare costs under control.
For Hitachi MS series squeegees, we suggest replacing them every 300,000–500,000 prints or as soon as you can see indentations. Replace an end dam immediately if it loses its elasticity or cracks, so that solder paste does not spill onto the board edge.
