Honeywell BW™ Solo portable gas detector
Before entering confined spaces, working on pipelines or going into chemical storage areas, workers must confirm that gas levels are safe. Fixed gas detection systems cannot cover every mobile work point, so a portable detector is the last line of personal protection.
The Honeywell BW™ Solo is one of the easiest single gas detectors to maintain: the sensor, battery and filter can all be replaced in the field without opening the housing. Used with the IntelliDoX docking station, it greatly reduces calibration time and human error.

Maintenance: sensors, batteries and filters can be replaced on site, with no need to send the unit back to the manufacturer. With the IntelliDoX docking station, bump tests and calibration run automatically. A monthly bump test and calibration every six months are recommended.
