Sensor + timer control, built-in UV sterilizer lamp.
Without effective filtration, fish waste and leftover feed build up quickly in landscape ponds at factories and business parks. Water quality drops, fish die, the pond smells, and maintenance ends up costing more. A drum filter uses a rotating stainless steel screen to catch suspended solids, and an automatic backwash cleans the screen without stopping the unit. It is the mainstream mechanical filter for landscape ponds and commercial aquaculture.
The housing is new UV-resistant PP (resists aging, strong acids, alkalis and salt) with industrial pipe fittings. Backwash runs in sensor or timer mode, and a UV sterilizer lamp is built in, for long unattended operation in factory landscape ponds and large fish farms.
Key technology
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Ultrasonically anchored screen | Screen panels are fixed by ultrasonic anchoring so they do not burst or tear; quick to remove and refit, cutting maintenance time and labor |
| Solid-state microcomputer controller | No contacts, unlimited start/stop cycles, no jamming. Contact-type controllers have limited life, and a failed contact can keep the pump running and drain the pond; the solid-state controller avoids this risk |
| Open sludge trough | Fish waste, feed, gel-like matter, green algae and suspended solids are separated and discharged at once; the open trough resists clogging and flushes while it discharges |
| Variable-speed pump, multiple protections | Submersible/dry variable-speed pump with six protections: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, locked rotor and dry running |
| Built-in UV sterilizer lamp | Submersible UV lamp inside the filter chamber helps control bacteria, ciliates, parasites and algae to keep water clear |
UV lamp safety: use the lamp only inside the filter chamber. UV light harms eyes and skin; do not switch it on without protection, and keep children away. Check that the supply voltage matches and the lamp glass is not cracked before use; if water gets into the lamp, cut the power immediately.

Applications
| Application | Why it fits |
|---|---|
| Factory landscape ponds / outdoor garden ponds | Runs unattended; the contactless controller and sensor + timer modes keep it working, and the UV-resistant PP housing suits outdoor sun |
| Large fish farms / hatcheries | The open trough removes waste and suspended solids from high-density water; screen panels change quickly; 20–70 t/h covers different pond sizes |
| Seafood tanks / saltwater tanks | PP resists strong acids, alkalis and seawater corrosion for restaurant display tanks and marine aquaculture |
