The JHPB-TLZ20 ionic contamination tester measures surface ionic concentration on printed circuit boards, electronic components, assembled products and electrical / electronic equipment. It measures in a 3:1 isopropyl alcohol / deionized water extract held at 40 ± 1 °C, shows conductivity and ionic concentration curves in real time, and outputs a report with conductivity, ionic concentration and test time when the test ends. It supports static and dynamic modes, has a measuring accuracy of ±3%, and can connect to your line data system via RS232.

Key advantages
Know whether it is clean only by measuring. Ionic residue on the board cannot be judged by eye after cleaning. The JHPB-TLZ20 measures conductivity and ionic concentration directly, turning cleanliness from “looks clean” into numbers you can record and trace.
Static result in 15 minutes. In static mode, a 5 ml standard solution test settles within 15 minutes; heating to 40 ± 1 °C takes 25 minutes or less; regeneration (2 ml standard solution filtered to 0.015) takes 12 minutes or less.
Large boards in one go. Boards up to 350 mm × 600 mm can be tested, so server boards and large substrates do not need several measurements.
