JESA LRG high performance guide wheels
On automated conveyors running at high speed, under heavy load, at high temperature or in dusty conditions, guide wheel bearings typically fail when the seal fails: grease is lost, noise rises and accuracy drops. The JESA LRG series is made of 100Cr6 steel or 1.4125 stainless steel and uses a labyrinth seal with NBR/Z shields. It operates from −35 to 120°C at speeds up to 10 m/s, and its low-noise, low-vibration design suits precision conveyors and high-speed circulating systems, with outer diameters from 16 to 72 mm.
