Feeders are key to SMT placement accuracy and uptime. Fatigued feeder springs, worn ratchets or sensor faults often cause missing or extra parts and directly affect DPMO. This page covers compatible feeder parts for JUKI SFN2 (8–32 mm), SFN1, EF16FSR electric feeders, FF724S and FF568S.
SFN1 / SFN2 are widely used mechanical JUKI feeders. Review spares such as feeder covers, locating springs and ratchet sets about once a quarter according to your changeover frequency to avoid sudden line stops. EF16FSR electric feeder parts are more precise; check the error code before ordering spares. Part numbers include the E93XX / E21XX / E93X8 series.
